I dance. I write. I write about dance and movements.
I research Ethnochoreology and Anthropology of Dance/Movements. I back it up with Cultural Studies, Ethnography and Folklore. Aiming to speak to all kinds of movement practitioners across cultures, I document and archive traditions as Intangible Cultural Heritage.
My practices are glocal - learning from local communities to make it accessible globally.

Alongside this, I facilitate Dance Movement Therapy sessions for children and corporate groups. I bring extensive experience in conceptualising and coordinating academic and cultural programmes for universities, museums and NGOs.
When I am not doing that, I engage in a range of ✨side quests✨.
Learning Kalimba, trying Kalaripayattu or the next one I set my eyes and heart on! 🫧
Reading books, or sometimes writing them! ✒️
Winning awards ;) 🏆
